Join us for a nurturing and supportive 2-hour prenatal yoga workshop designed to help expectant mothers connect deeply with their bodies, their breath, and baby. This session offers a gentle blend of movement, relaxation, and education tailored specifically for pregnancy. We’ll begin with grounding breathwork to calm the mind and create space in the body, followed by a series of safe, trimester-friendly yoga postures to build strength, improve flexibility, and relieve common discomforts such as back pain, hip tension, and fatigue. Modifications and props will be provided to ensure comfort and accessibility for all stages of pregnancy. The workshop will also include guided relaxation and visualization techniques to reduce stress and provide practical tools for labor preparation—such as breathing strategies, pelvic awareness, and positions that support a smoother birth experience. Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, this workshop offers a welcoming space to slow down, tune in, and cultivate confidence as you prepare for motherhood. Time will be set aside for questions, discussion, and connection. Leave feeling relaxed, informed, and more connected to yourself and your baby.
