This beginners class is designed for anyone who is brand new to yoga, recently started practicing, or yogis who would like to get back into yoga with a safe and gentle practice. During class, students can expect to be supported and assisted by their instructor to ensure the pose feels good for their body. This is a safe space for all students. There will be no competition, or pressure to keep up with the rhythm of class. You don't need to be flexible, or physically fit to practice yoga. Yoga is for every body. This is a 60-minute, movement-based class. If you would like to learn more about the basics of yoga and how to build your own practice, we recommend taking our 8-Week Beginners Series.

This slow-moving class combines yin and restorative yoga. Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga are stress-relieving practices that stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and promoting relaxation. Yin Yoga is all about releasing deeply held tension in the physical body and unleashing stagnant or blocked energy. Restorative Yoga focuses more on being 100% supported with blocks and bolsters, allowing your body to relax & heal. It is a much more passive practice than Yin (less active stretching, more surrendering). Class will begin and end with Savasana (or a guided meditation) so you can find peace of mind and give your body the rest it has been craving.

This is the perfect pre-bedtime class to really let go and calm your mind. We will practice in a dark room with the warm glow of unscented candles and relaxing music in the background. Students can expect a slow and soulful class that combines both deep stretches for physical relief in the body and more passive poses with a focus on fostering inner peace and calmness. Each class will be a little different - some days students will be lead through a more passive practice, other days students will be lead through a very gentle, slow flow.

Breath & Body is a deeply relaxing and meditative class that focuses on teaching students how to really expand their yoga practice beyond just physical movement. In this class, students can expect to be guided through mindful breathing techniques, and moving meditations. This class is open to students of any skill level. No experience with meditation or breath work is necessary. Anyone struggling with anxiety, stress, overwhelm, or racing thoughts will especially benefit from this class.

Yin is a perfect early morning practice to help loosen your body up for the day ahead. This slow-paced and meditative class consists of a series of seated and supine postures, typically held for 3-5 minutes at a time. During these periods of stillness, you will release repressed or stored tension in the body, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer and completely relaxed. This class is different than our flow or movement based classes where there is a proper warm up and cool down. Yin Yoga is meant to be practiced mindfully with a "cold" body so that you can find a profound release of tension in the deeper lying tissues of the body, and significantly increase range of motion. This is a great class for anyone with "tight" muscles, lower back/hip pain, or sore joints.

Treat yourself to a soulful combination of gentle yoga, mindfulness, and sound healing. During this class, students will experience a relaxing sound bath with singing bowls, soft bells, and other soothing instruments. By consciously taking the body to a deep state of relaxation, we allow tension to release and activate the body’s own natural healing mechanisms. Yoga & Sound offers a sacred pause in the midst of busy life, melts away stress, invites recovery + renewal of our energy levels. Come experience the stillness within and let the body-mind complex return to a natural state of equilibrium.

Awaken and align your body with this rejuvenating morning class. In Hatha Yoga, students can expect to practice a slow sequence of traditional yoga postures. This class is more fluid than a Yin class, but much less intensive than a Vinyasa class. The focus in Hatha Yoga is to bring mind-body connection through mindful breathing as we transition from one pose to another. This a great class for those seeking gentle, low-impact movement that is not stressful on your body's joints.

(ABF)

Come flow and release stress in the body using movement and breath. Together we'll practice moving mindfully through a sequence of dynamic poses with smooth transitions. The focus of Vinyasa is to sync each movement with your breath as we flow from one poses to another, helping to build heat and energy in the body. In class, poses will only be for a few second at a time as we are flowing but students can expect some long holds weaved into class. This class is less intense than Power Yoga, but much more fluid than our other gentle yoga offerings. While we'll be in continuous movement, there is no competition or pressure to keep up. This is a lighthearted class. Students are welcome to take breaks or find rest any time during class.

An energizing combo of yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Come find your inner warrior as you move your body to high energy music. This class is best for students looking for a fun way to practice yoga and release any built up stress or tension in the mind + body. Please bring a full bottle of water and a mini towel! Be prepared to work up a sweat. Cold towels will be given out during Savasana to help you cool down. While you will be encouraged to challenge yourself throughout this class, you are free to find moments of rest as you need them! You will not be judged for being out of breath, or taking breaks. Endurance and strength builds up over time :)

Barre is a fun, high-energy workout is designed to trim, tighten and tone your entire body with an emphasis on defining your glutes and legs. By using small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition, you can develop a strong, long, and lean physique without the risks associated with a high impact class. This class is also great for toning your upper body and core. Combining Cardio, Pilates, Ballet, and our own bodyweight, we aim to develop our strength, coordination, and center. No experience needed! Be prepared to sweat and kick-ass!
