Where is The Studio located?
We're right in the heart of Downtown Putnam! Please enter using the front door next to Skeeter's Toy Store and head up the stairs.
112 Main Street Putnam CT 06260 (3rd floor).
Do I need to bring anything?
Please bring a yoga mat and some water. If you do not have a yoga mat, we have spare ones hanging on the wall that you are welcome to use. All other equipment like blocks, straps, bolsters and weights will be provided by us.
How does class registration work?
Students are required to register online ahead of time for all classes. Sign up for our New Student Special and create an account to start booking classes.
Anything I should know for my first class?
Please take your shoes off before entering and leave them on the shoe rack outside the door. We do not have a front desk, so you don't need to worry about checking in -- just pick a spot, roll out your mat and enjoy your time.
What happens after my trial period?
We encourage you to become a Studio Member! Start off with our 1-month trial at a discounted rate, then transition to 12-month membership. This option is best for students who plan to attend 5+ classes per month.
For those who have an irregular schedule or would prefer more flexibility than a monthly membership, purchasing a Class Pack is the best option. Class Pack credits do not expire and can be used to bring a friend.
