Come join Nikki for a 6-week strength and conditioning program where you'll be pushed to work hard, sweat and feel the burn for 45-minutes! Each class will offer a balance of cardio, strength training that will target all major muscle groups using heavy weights and recovery. This is the perfect program for students looking to start their day with a low-impact HIIT workout and want to be held accountable to sticking with it for all 6 weeks, twice a week! Classes will be held on Mondays and Thursdays 8-8:45am starting November 10th and ending December 18th. Registration includes access to all 12 classes plus a private group chat to keep you motivated along the way! Use this link to sign up for the entire program and save $60! Pay $20 per class for a total of $240 for the entire program. Drop-in rate is $25.

Cancellation Policy

Series are non-refundable. Any classes missed will not be refunded or credited. In the event of inclement weather or instructor illness, we will reschedule class the week following the original end date of the series.
