This class will be held on Wednesdays 9:30am as a 5-Week Series starting January 7th through February 4th. Cherish Gould will guide students through foundational yoga postures, breathing cues and a simple meditation to end class. This is a gentle, beginners-level yoga class followed by a classic "savasana" at the very end of class. Savasana is a typically a period of silence, guided relaxation, meditation or guided breathing techniques that concludes the practice of physical yoga postures. This is a non-competitive and safe space for anyone new to yoga, or continuing students interested in reconnecting with their practice after taking a break. Class is open to all students including members, class pack holders and non-members. Please register online to reserve your spot!

Please cancel or reschedule your reservation at least 3 hours in advance. This helps us plan accordingly for classes and gives other students who may be on a waitlist enough time to attend a last minute class if space opens up. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.
