Yoga Sculpt is a 50 minute low-impact fitness class centered around vinyasa yoga, cardio and strength training. Practice building your endurance and improve your range of motion as you flow through a series of exercises. Light weights, fitness balls and other props may be used during class in addition to your bodyweight. Anyone who has previously taken Power Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Buti Yoga or our Summer Shred series will enjoy this class! Open to all skill levels. Do what you can! Bring some water, a mini sweat towel and get ready to pump up the energy with a fun, upbeat playlist! Each instructor will lead this class in their own unique way so no 2 classes will ever be the same. There will always be something new!

Cancellation Policy

Series are non-refundable. Any classes missed will not be refunded or credited. In the event of inclement weather or instructor illness, we will reschedule class the week following the original end date of the series.
