When you book a 1:1 Private Reiki, you'll be guided through a deeply relaxing and healing experience for 60 minutes in our Healing Room. We encourage you to come with an open mind and heart. Each experience is catered to the individual, whether it’s for a targeted illness or symptom, or a chance to recharge and relax. ⭐️About Reiki: Reiki is a way of guiding energy throughout the body to promote the recipient’s self-healing abilities, according to the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH). Reiki practice may help with a variety of physical and emotional problems, including insomnia, stress, depression, anxiety, and pain. Reiki gives your body a break from the stresses of daily life, helping your body return to a state of relaxation. Once in this state, your body is able to heal any damage brought on by stress, injury, or disease. ⭐️What to expect: Upon arrival a pot of hot tea will be waiting for you. We invite you to come in, take a seat and spend time settling in. Perhaps pick out your favorite essential oil, enjoy the view from the windows or just sit in peace with your cup of tea. Use these first few minutes to ground yourself and decompress before your session begins. Before the session starts, Julie will ask a few clarifying questions to help her understand how she can serve you best. This is a safe space.
