This power vinyasa class combines dynamic, full body movements that target multiple muscle groups to help you build functional strength. If you're looking for a low-impact alternative to traditional HIIT workouts or weight training at the gym, you'll love this class. Power Yoga will challenge your endurance and strength! Your first few classes may feel physically difficult, but we encourage you to stick with it! Week after week, you'll notice a significant improvement in your body control, confidence and connection to movement with breath. Class will end with a short and sweet savasana. Please bring a full bottle of water and be prepared to work up a sweat. Mini sweat towels are available for purchase at the studio so you can stay dry during class! ***While you will be encouraged to challenge yourself throughout this class, you are free to find moments of rest as you need them! You will not be judged for being out of breath, taking breaks, or not being able to do a particular pose. Endurance and strength builds up over time. This is a safe space for you to practice working on your mind and body.

Cancellation Policy
Life happens, plans change - we get it! If you ever need to cancel your reservation, please notify us via email at least 3 hours in advance. You will be given a credit to reschedule your session at a later time. In the event of a no-show, opportunity to receive a credit will be forfeited. All classes, workshops, special events and appointments are non-refundable.
