This class is all about the core! Mat-based Pilates classes focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. These classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements using just your body weight or 2-3lb weights. Beginners and those new to pilates welcome. This class is accessible for everyone.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, plans change - we get it! If you ever need to cancel your reservation, please notify us via email at least 3 hours in advance. You will be given a credit to reschedule your session at a later time. In the event of a no-show, opportunity to receive a credit will be forfeited. All classes, workshops, special events and appointments are non-refundable.
