Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule your reservation at least 3 hours in advance. This helps us plan accordingly for sauna sessions and gives other students who may be on a waitlist enough time to attend a last minute opening. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded. We understand sometimes unexpected things come up that prevent you from attending a booked appointment so we invite you to simple reach out and communicate with us.
