Come join Nikki for a strength and conditioning class where you'll be pushed to work hard, sweat and feel the burn for 45-minutes! Each class will offer a balance of cardio, strength training that will target all major muscle groups using heavy weights and recovery. This is the perfect program for students looking to start their day with a low-impact HIIT workout and want to be held accountable to sticking with it!

Series are non-refundable. Any classes missed will not be refunded or credited. In the event of inclement weather or instructor illness, we will reschedule class the week following the original end date of the series.
