Barre
Details
Barre is a ballet-inspired workout that combines elements of pilates, yoga and conditioning that will strengthen your entire body with an emphasis on using precise, isolated movements to define your glutes, legs, core and arms. By using small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition, you can develop a strong, long, and lean physique without the risks associated with a high impact class. Work on developing your strength, coordination, hip flexibility and balance. No experience needed! Be prepared to sweat and work hard to upbeat music! Please register online to reserve your spot in class. During this class you can expect to do both mat-work and barre-work, and may use light weights, workout balls and other props depending on the instructor.

This helps us plan accordingly for classes and gives other students who may be on a waitlist enough time to attend a last minute class if space opens up. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.
