For moms and babies, ages 3-12 months. This is a great opportunity for you to practice self care, while bonding with your baby and socializing with other moms! Come join Nebo and baby Iona for a gentle yoga class, open to all skill levels. Please bring a blanket, or baby lounger just in case. Yoga mats are available at the studio, or bring your own!
