Yin-Yasa is the perfect combination of yin yoga and vinyasa yoga. Students can expect to be lead through a slow flow with long periods of stillness weaved into the sequence. This class is best for students who are looking to practice both mindful movement (vinyasa) and intentional, deep stretching (yin). Combining these two practices will invite a profound release of tension in the deeper lying tissues of the body while helping to increase range of motion and flexibility. Class will always end with a traditional Savasana or guided meditation.
Life happens, plans change - we get it! If you ever need to cancel your reservation, please notify us via email at least 3 hours in advance. You will be given a credit to reschedule your session at a later time. In the event of a no-show, opportunity to receive a credit will be forfeited. All classes, workshops, special events and appointments are non-refundable.
