Private Yoga is best for students who would prefer a personalized practice plan and 1:1 support. Each session will be designed to fit your specific needs and interests, allowing you to explore the practice of yoga in whatever way works best for you. Group classes are great for squeezing in a guided practice and finding community, but often don't provide the container for you to dive deeper into your own personal yoga practice or work on specific things. Private Yoga offers the opportunity to move at your own pace, practice specific techniques with confidence, learn how to integrate yoga into your lifestyle beyond the studio setting and allows you to build a deeper relationship with your practice as well as with your teacher. Reasons for seeking private yoga may include but are not limited to: → Students recovering from an injury who would like to use yoga as a path for healing or alternative form of physical therapy → Beginners who are new to yoga and would like to become familiar with the basics and work on building a solid foundation → Seasoned yogis who want to take their physical practice to the next level but don't know where to start → Students who are interested in exploring the philosophy of yoga and want to explore more pranayama (breath regulation) and meditation techniques → Students who have a limited of mobility and flexibility, and would like to work on increasing their body's range of motion → New yoga teachers who recently graduated from a 200-hour training, but want to work on developing their teaching skills further → Seasoned yoga teachers interested in ongoing mentorship and business coaching → Students who would like to apply the philosophy of yoga to their lifestyle but don't know where to start → Anyone seeking to commit to a new discipline or practice routine with the guidance of a mentor → Anyone seeking soulful mentorship, life coaching, or an alternative form of talk therapy that focuses on using yoga as a path for healing How it works: → Sessions available via Zoom or in-studio → Off-site sessions available depending on location, travel fees will apply → Book your session online.
