3- Week Balance Series: Wednesdays, 6:00-6:50pm July 10, 17, 24 This 3-week series will guide students through step-by-step technique for practicing yoga postures for balance. Learn how to set up proper alignment for common balances and how to safely transition in and out of them. Each week students will be introduced to 3 new balancing postures and learn how to smoothly integrate them into a fluid practice. We will spend time breaking down the postures then working them into a flow. Week 1: Tree, Dancer, Hand-to-Toe Week 2: Warrior 3, Half Moon, Wild Thing Week 3: Your choice of Crow, Headstand or Shoulder Stand This series is limited to a group of 6 students so everyone can received individualized support. Life happens, plans change - we get it! If you ever need to cancel your reservation, please notify us via email at least 3 hours in advance. You will be given a credit to reschedule your session at a later time. In the event of a no-show, opportunity to receive a credit will be forfeited. All classes, workshops, special events and appointments are non-refundable.
