Cardio Sculpt is a 45 minute low-impact fitness class centered around cardio and strength training, while pulling in yoga, pilates and barre inspired movements. Practice building your endurance and improve your range of motion as you flow through a series of exercises. Light weights, fitness balls and other props may be used during class in addition to your bodyweight. Anyone who has previously taken Power Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Buti Yoga or our Summer Shred series will enjoy this class! Open to all skill levels. Do what you can! Bring some water, a mini sweat towel and get ready to pump up the energy with a fun, upbeat playlist! Each instructor will lead this class in their own unique way so no 2 classes will ever be the same. There will always be something new!
Life happens, plans change - we get it! If you ever need to cancel your reservation, please notify us via email at least 3 hours in advance. You will be given a credit to reschedule your session at a later time. In the event of a no-show, opportunity to receive a credit will be forfeited. All classes, workshops, special events and appointments are non-refundable.
