Breath & Meditation is a deeply relaxing and meditative class that focuses on teaching students how to really expand their yoga practice beyond just physical movement. Students will be guided through classic breathing techniques (pranayama) and guided meditations. Gentle movement may be introduced throughout the class. This class is open to all skill levels, including those with little to no experience with meditation. Relaxation, peace, and connection don’t have to be “hard” to achieve. Meditation itself is not “hard” to do and can be practice by anyone. Bolsters, blocks and blankets may be used during class to help support your body and make your resting position more comfortable. You are welcome to bring a sleep mask or eye pillow to help eliminate distraction. Please register online to reserve your spot in class.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, plans change - we get it! If you ever need to cancel your reservation, please notify us via email at least 3 hours in advance. You will be given a credit to reschedule your session at a later time. In the event of a no-show, opportunity to receive a credit will be forfeited. All classes, workshops, special events and appointments are non-refundable.
